JI (formerly known as JI & Co) was established in the early 1990's by James Ickringill & partners and since that time has established itself as one of the leading local Estate Agencies.
Recently the running of the agency has been taken over by Steven Gardner, a former employee, who has over 11 years experience of the Bradford property market.
Inspired by his late Grandfather – EJ Gardner FNAEA, who established an estate agency in Brighton & Hove in 1948 – Steven has followed in his footsteps in becoming a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He prides himself on being an ethical, highly focused, professional with a hands-on approach to the marketing of property, and with a commitment now rarely seen.
JI firmly believes that there is no substitute for experience, and whilst being professionally qualified is highly relevant and important, these are not necessarily a panacea for success. Steven’s successful track record and personal achievements in the property market over the last 12 years is a strong indictment for why JI delivers where others may fail.
